  Working "reel" funky mode (initial coarse version)
  Bugfix: safe_rename wasn't correct
  Workaround for ffmpeg and its arguments order
  filt_resize split from filt_apply_stamp
  Individual filters just print options instead of operating
  csheet_polaroid uses extra width to compensate width added by filt_reel
  Filters are just required to maintain the specified height... for now
